Chad Thomas has over 13 years of experience and leadership in professional staffing and recruiting. Most recently Chad led the internal recruiting team at Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT), a publicly traded Benefits Platform technology company. Prior to this, Chad was Vice President of Technology Direct Placement Services and oversaw multiple Divisions during his 11 years at Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI), one of the world’s largest third-party staffing firms. As Founder and President of Conduco Staffing, Chad brings highly qualified insight into talent identification and job placement across multiple industries and functions.
Having placed over 2,500 professionals into highly sought-after roles during his career, Chad believes in being direct, transparent, professional and courteous when communicating with all parties he works with. Chad always likes to say his career in staffing found him. Spending the early part of his career in Sales and Financial Management, Chad visited a Robert Half office to register as a candidate in Summer 2008, quickly receiving multiple offers to join the company internally at various offices around Northeast Ohio. Timing notwithstanding, Chad spent the early part of his career helping individuals and companies rebound from the Great Recession. He formed a resiliency, determination and ability that led to a highly successful career over the subsequent years. He has been fortunate to work with, mentor, train, and lead some of the best staffing professionals in the industry. Chad offers a unique ability to truly understand both sides of a hire with a track record of highly successful placements and a vast professional network nationwide.
Chris Scarth has over 20 years of leadership experience in finance, sales operations and general management from small businesses to Fortune 200 ranging from $100M to $20B in revenue.
Prior to co-founding Conduco Staffing, Chris co-founded Sales Velocity Partners (SVP). SVP provides CEOs, Chief Revenue Officers and Heads of Sales with software and consulting services designed to accelerate growth in the digital health, wellness and employee benefits space. In his role prior to SVP, Chris worked at Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT) as part of the executive leadership team for five years. He oversaw business units totaling $200M in revenue with P&L, revenue growth and cross-functional delivery responsibilities, as well as being responsible for Global Resourcing and the company’s Deal Desk.
Chris also spent 16 years with CSC (now NYSE: DXC) running large IT outsourcing deals across six continents and multiple industries including automotive, healthcare, telecom and financial services. He led all aspects of finance and sales operations on CSC’s largest contracts – ranging from $100M to $900M in revenue per year.
In addition to the high impact Staff through Executive level hires Chris has made during his career, he spent an early portion of his career as a recruitment consultant at an internationally renowned third party staffing firm based out of London, UK. With a focus on recruiting and placing finance and accounting professionals around the financial centers of the UK, Chris gained valuable insight into the best practices of recruiting, interviewing, vetting and hiring the very best talent in the industry. Experience that would prove extremely valuable as he has built and maintained some of the top performing teams at every stop throughout his career.
